Objective :


Support Tabreed achieve business growth in India & South East Asia through deal origination and execution, client development, investment analysis, asset valuation, proposal development, bidding, pricing strategy and negotiations, financial structuring, procuring financing, managing internal investment committee and board approval process - for acquisitions as well as greenfield projects
Description :


New Business :

- To pursue new opportunities, affirm technical viability, assess financial viability and suitable tariff including benchmarking, prepare and negotiate proposal, prepare business case, obtain Investment Committee / BOD approvals, and ensure CCSA signing.

- Act as a focal point and lead the entire process end to end in a timely manner with minimal supervision.

Greenfield and M&A Opportunities :

- To originate opportunities, develop and submit win-win business proposal for DC service, manage bidding process from RFP receiving to bid submission, financial modelling,

financing strategy, obtain and negotiate term sheets, internal approvals including IC and/or Board approval.

- Regular follow up with the stakeholders to ensure the opportunity is materialized in a timely fashion.

Other :

- Perform financial and business analysis, in support of corporate business plans, new business development projects, pricing alternatives and other business strategies.

Policies & Procedures :


- Follows all relevant Department/Unit policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.


- Ensuring the organization adheres to legal frameworks in areas such as discipline & grievance, redundancy, and employment law.

Health, Safety & Environment :

- Ensure compliance to all relevant health, safety, and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the department to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and a responsible environmental attitude.

Minimum Qualification :

- Bachelor's Degree in financial management, economics, or mathematics or a related discipline; along with, Master in Business Administration (MBA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)

Minimum Experience:

- 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in renewables, utilities, real estate, or in investment banking, private equity, consulting with exposure to renewables, utilities and/or real estate.

- 1 - 2 years of direct supervisory experience.

- Exposure to development experience in sectors involving large capital investment decisions.

- Hands-on experience in Financial modelling, investment committee presentations, project financing and proposal preparation for clients.
