Smartstaff is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving sales of our innovative blue-collar workforce solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Be a champion for Smartstaff's solutions, actively acquiring new clients through direct sales and end-to-end sales processes.
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our client base in the manufacturing sector.
- Lead the sales cycle, from market mapping and product demonstrations to successful sign-ups.
- Proactively prospect for new clients and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Partner with customers to understand their unique needs and deliver customized solutions that optimize their workforce management.
- Achieve and surpass ambitious sales targets within your assigned territory or business line.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Strategic Heads, Business Heads, and CXOs, to gain insights into their needs and propose impactful solutions.
- Manage the entire business development cycle, including tracking new projects, monitoring competitor activity, and identifying new market opportunities for growth.
- Cultivate a strong network of internal and external contacts to generate high-quality leads.
- Prepare insightful reports, tracking key account metrics and providing regular updates on sales performance.
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Identify opportunities for upselling additional features and minimizing revenue leakage.
- Develop and implement customer success strategies that drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships.
What You'll Bring:
- 4-6 years of experience in corporate sales and business development, preferably within the B2B space.
- Proven track record of success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A natural ability to build rapport and connect with clients at all levels.
- Dynamic, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop strategic solutions.
- Excellent teamwork and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience working with B2B companies (preferred).
- Previous experience in the temporary staffing industry a plus
