Responsibilities:
Business Development & Lead Generation:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and target high-potential markets and customer segments.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
- Proactively generate qualified leads through various channels (e. g. , networking, cold calling, social media).
- Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals to articulate the value proposition of our products or services.
Relationship Management & Partnership Building:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client accounts.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with complementary businesses to expand market reach and access.
- Negotiate and finalize mutually beneficial contracts to secure new business opportunities.
Sales Support & Revenue Growth:
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle.
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development activities.
Qualifications:
- MBA in Marketing or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Understanding of marketing principles and concepts.
- Proven track record of generating leads, developing relationships, and driving sales growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
