Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our customer base through online channels and build strong, lasting relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and sample development to order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of online sales, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
1. New Customer Acquisition & Online Development:
- Identify and develop new customer leads through online channels, including social media, industry platforms, and targeted outreach.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Develop and implement online sales strategies to maximize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain a strong online presence for the company, including managing online profiles and engaging with potential customers.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
2. Sample Development & Coordination:
- Liaise with the factory to develop samples based on customer requirements and specifications.
- Ensure timely and accurate sample delivery to customers.
- Coordinate feedback from customers on samples and communicate it effectively to the factory.
- Maintain accurate records of sample development and tracking.
3. Customer Relationship Management & Order Execution:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues.
- Coordinate customer product approvals and factory audits.
- Prepare and present competitive offers to customers.
- Procure orders from customers and ensure accurate order processing.
-0 Coordinate with the factory and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient order execution.
- Monitor order progress and provide regular updates to customers.
- Address and resolve any post-sales issues or concerns.
4. Sales Target Achievement & Reporting:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets as defined by management.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide market insights and recommendations to improve sales strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of online sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. -
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. -
- Familiarity with factory coordination and order execution processes.
- Knowledge of export and import procedures.
- Ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
