Key Responsibilities:


Lead Generation & Opportunity Identification:

- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with company goals.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.

- Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to generate qualified leads.

Client Relationship Management & Sales Execution:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

- Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions that address their challenges.

- Effectively negotiate and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Strategic Collaboration & Growth:

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations) to ensure a seamless sales process and client experience.

- Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to optimize performance and drive business growth.

- Contribute to the development of sales forecasting and pipeline management processes.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a Business Development, Sales, or a related role.

- Proven track record of success in identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
