Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including HR departments, educational institutions, and businesses.
- Identify potential partners for training and internship programs.
Client Communication:
- Effectively communicate with potential clients to understand their training and internship needs.
- Present Anwentec Innovations' training and internship services as valuable solutions to client challenges.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends in training programs, internships, and skill development needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential areas for new partnerships.
Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals for training and internship partnerships.
- Present proposals effectively to potential clients.
Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with training and internship departments to ensure successful delivery of programs for partnered clients.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor the progress and results of business development activities related to training and internship programs.
- Regularly report key metrics and contribute to business development goals.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduate/PG or individual with 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic
