Job Description :
1. Lead, motivate and develop employees. Be actively involved in team/people/process management. Assign tasks and drive individual means to support and guide each employee, including annual appraisals and regular personnel exchange (15-25 FTEs)
2. Provide reporting and business data analytics services to the key stake holders across regions (NA/ EMEA/APAC)
3. Focus on building a strong Center of Competencies (CoCs) for data analytics and other digital skills at LTSI. Cross skill resources and help in expanding the business in long run
4. Drive process and KPIs. Ensure a very high level of quality and reliability of the services. Take full ownership & responsibility towards all internal & external customers and prioritize tasks. increase productivity and reduce costs and serve as a liaison between IT and business teams
5. Conduct regular review meetings, assign tasks & drive individual growth plans
6. Assume commercial responsibility by selecting, approving and implementing process improvements based on an economic evaluation of cost and benefits.
7. To be actively involved in quality and performance management of team's work
8. Perform special tasks, handle projects with full responsibility. Design interface & work closely with relevant stake holders in the organization
9. Conduct regular internal customer interviews and ensure a high level of internal customer satisfaction (CSAT)
10. Help in building strong center of competencies in digital areas like Data science, AI, ML & Big Data
Skills :
1. Minimum 12+ years of total experience & available to join LTSI within 45-60 days of notice period
2. Masters or equivalent degree in any Engineering or Digital technology disciplines
3. Sound knowledge of supply chain in aviation and MRO industry
4. Rich experience of handling local and global large size teams in data analytics stream is MUST
5. Strong experience in business data analytics, evaluating business processes for efficiency, cost, and other valuable metrics. Communicating insights with business teams and key stakeholders across regions. Preparing strategic recommendations for process adjustments, procedures, and performance improvement
6. Experience in handling relevant IT infrastructure (SAP BW), expert knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access and VBA, development of macros, MS SQL, Python programming, Tableau is MUST
7. Knowledge on emerging digital technologies like ML, AI, IoT, Cloud, Big Data is an added advantage
8. Candidates with current ctc in the range of 18 to 24 LPA only are eligible to apply for this opening
