About our Client - Our client is a leading company in Media and Public Relations recognized for innovation and excellence. They have a global footprint and employ over 200,000 employees worldwide. They are looking for a Manager Business Control to be based out of Gurgaon

Job Description - As a Manager Business Control, you will be reporting to the General Manager Finance. Your responsibilities include:

- Organizing and coordinating company's long term and annual business planning process

- Monitoring performance indicators, tracking financial trends and analyzing causes of variances in business performance

- Forecasting and Budgeting the company performance and updating the leadership team on the same

- Reporting to the Group as per IFRS and Indian GAAP

- Profit and Loss reporting to the regional HQ based out of Singapore

- Ensuring appropriate compliances and internal controls environment

- Analyzing the sector and recognizing potential investment areas for the company

The Successful Candidate - You are a CA/CPA Finance with 6-8 years of post qualification experience. You must have a strong accounting background as per IFRS and Indian GAAP, preferably with articleship from a Big4. International exposure is mandatory for this role along with a proactive and dynamic personality to lead the role. The ideal industry background would be FMCG, Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices in a multinational environment.
