Role Purpose:
The person will drive operations control by owning & driving internal/regulatory reporting along with process audits. The role would also involve managing the business continuity role for the company.
Role Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance to organization and project defined standards and processes by doing internal audits
To ensure filing of regulatory reporting to IRDA on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis along with ad hoc requirement from IRDA
To ensure TAC Reporting to IIB are filed
Analytics, monthly & weekly dashboards and other ad hoc reports
Ensure deep insights are provided to head of customer experience basis data collection and analysis
Quarterly Board Decks and ATRs
Own & Manage Business Continuity Plan for the company
100% compliance on regulatory reporting - Accuracy & Timelines
- Accuracy in internal ad hoc reports requirements
100% timely submission on dashboards
Successful BCP Planning, Implementation & Testing
Role Requirements:
- Post graduate with minimum 5 years of relevant exp in Insurance industry.
- Strong change management skills
- Expertise with MIS and Dashboards
- Customer passion and delivery of value for customers
- Problem solving, multi-tasking and resolution mission critical
- People management and a strong ability to motivate the team
- Business awareness and industry knowledge
Salary offered: 9 - 11 LPA
