Manager - Business Continuity - Bank

Job Summary :

- Provide subject matter expertise on Business Continuity

- Responsible for Reviews, Testing, Data Scrutinizing, Documentation, Tools/ SharePoint, Best Practices, Opinions and Recommendations

- Implement Business Continuity Framework

- Monitors test progress and results & Coordinates documentation of test results

- Contributes industry and Bank best practices in recovery strategies

- Reviews continuity plans, testing evidences to ensure defined objectives and scope are met

- Examine the Quality Review documents for completeness, accuracy and appropriate signoff

- Work with LOBs, Vendor Relationship/ Control Management team and vendors in resolving conflicts

- Provide regular updates to the metrics database for business continuity

- Coordinate with the GDCE Fulfillment team and GBCR

- Monitor compliance against the controls

- Coordinate with internal/ external stakeholders during incidents

- Regular Communication to stakeholders

Knowledge and Skills

- Must have a knowledge on IT projects, application support, development, testing

- Must possess Good Communication skills

- Must have a knowledge on Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

- Should have a knowledge on Six Sigma, CMMI

Education Qualification & Experience

- Should have a bachelor degree in Engineering or BSc with major in Physics, Mathematics, IT or MBA IT

- Should have at least of 8+ years of experience
