Job responsibilities - Business Banker :

- Primary activity of the Business Banker is acquiring New to Bank relationships for the bank

- Target verticals with the right product offerings

- Transaction Account (CA) is the main objective

- Generate Revenue by activating accounts on TFX (Trade & Forex), CMS (Cash Management System)

- Acquire new asset relationships and increase the utilized asset book through new disbursals.

- Generate revenues through sales of Third party products such as insurance to the NTB clients.

- Core focus to on boarding and activating the client

- Ensure client onboarding & engagement through Direct banking activation.

- Works in close co-ordination with Branch service teams to ensure proper on boarding of the NTB clients and deliver superior service delivery

- Ensure compliance norms are met

Key Performance Indices (KPI) :

- On no of accounts acquired

- Activation of clients

- Quality of accounts

- Identification of cross sell opportunities

Requirements :

- Self-starter & result driven.

- Excellent inter personal skill and ability to work in cross functional environment

- Proficient in oral and written communication

Education : Graduates with a work experience. However if you are an MBA in Finance, Marketing, Banking or International trade you have an edge
