Business Assurance is responsible for Quality Assurance, Risk management, BCP management, Knowledge management, Continual improvement and Governance management of BCMS.
The main priorities of the post are :-
- To support BCMS Service Line in achieving / aligning to BC Quality strategy and objectives through Quality assurance and control activities.
- Auditing processes/functions against BC standards and ISO standards
- Manage Balanced score card for the organisation. This includes defining metrics for the organisation, establishing measurement techniques, analysing data and sharing trends and insights with management.
- Create and write management reports on performance of the organisation. The reporting includes technical reporting as well as analytical reporting for executive board.
- Establishing and implementing best practices like ISO certifications for the organisation, risk management techniques etc.
