Change management
- Provides managers with sound advice and support in developing communication strategies.
- Realistically identifies issues and program obstacles.
- Appropriately investigates or analyses constraints and compromises.
- Develops and drafts an action plan tailored towards change management strategy
- Accurately identifies training needs.
- Imparts relevant work methods and tools.
- Ensuring the plant management of changes; proposes solutions to achieve objectives; facilitates the implementation of continuous- improvement projects; supports employees and the management team; provides training
Process Excellence
- Stimulates ongoing optimization of manufacturing equipment performance by utilizing expertise to analyse, monitor, troubleshooting and debottleneck current production pro- cesses to improve results.
- Benchmark trends and practices, reviews practices and considers other people's suggestions.
- Upgrade knowledge in order to remain effective in the profession.
- Developing roadmap anticipating upcoming new developments related to Process excellence.
