Team Management

- Discussing the process related and IT applications related requirements with business users and Techno functional role

- Discussing business pain areas and make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact operational effectiveness.

- Reviewing Requirement Document, Functional Specification Document, Test cases etc.

- Discussing the requirement with internal IT team & Application vendors.

- Coordinating and helping the business users in UAT

- Should be well versed with the prototype preparation, documentation, user manual preparation.

- Contribute toward leveraging emerging business and technology trends in housing finance domain.

- Contributes to the delivery of change incubation, anticipating organizational needs and developing implementation plans.
