Phase I :

Gear Up Role :

- Capacity analysis and verification of utilization of the same.

- Monthly production planning and variance analysis.

- Existing production capacity utilization and Management information system.

- SCM performance analysis

- Production plan v/s actual analysis

- Inventory analysis

- OEE monitoring for analyzing Resource Utilization

- Helping COO in other projects and day to day work

Phase II :

Addition After Six Month :

- To take up challenging projects in the field of manufacturing

- Optimize the contemporary technology, cost and manufacturing processes within stipulated time frame

- Productivity norms establishment for production adherence

- Efficiency optimization

- Manpower productivity at shop floor and gap analysis and countermeasures

- Layout planning for material & information flow optimization

- Direct & indirect manpower rationalization by work content analysis

- Overall business excellence project drives

Qualification :

- BE + MBA - Full Time (Specialization in operations preferred)

- Minimum 3 years shop floor experience
