Manager - Business Analyst - IT

- Manage business requirements for ourclients main Policy admin systems, including Ingenium and integrated systems like Collection Management, Commissions Management, and Communication Management Systems.

- Provide consultancy to the business for IT needs, both compliance-related and operational efficiency-related.

- Take end-to-end responsibility and ownership of solutions, from designing to implementation, following a project-based approach.

- Actively participate in post-production issue resolution, offering functional expertise and -conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) when necessary.

- Conduct functional training and facilitate knowledge management within the team and among stakeholders.

- Maintain a healthy relationship with end users and their IT Single Points of Contact (SPOCs).

- Build and manage governance processes, ensuring that teams adhere to established processes and procedures.

- Focus on building a knowledgeable and strong team, fostering professional growth and expertise development among team members.
