Business Analysis & Reporting
- Organizational level MIS and regular reports to measure the daily/weekly/monthly/annual trends
- Assist BUs in developing the business analysis reports & track progress on a regular basis
- Functional tracking reports for Finance, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and Human Resources
Secondary Tracking and Control
- Monthly tracking of Stock and sales statements received from dealers
- Stock and sales statements review and corrective actions
- Secondary sales calculations and reporting / MIS as per monthly due date
- Secondary claims provisions, master maintenance
- Pricing MIS
- Periodically dealer audits and reconciliations
- Prepare & track the incentives basis the secondary sales data
- Quarterly & annually incentive forecast / provisions.
- Prepare & track the sales team performance basis the secondary sales data
- Provide trends & insights on territories/businesses basis data
Incentive Calculation:
- Responsible for calculating quarterly, annual and /or any other incentive based on Secondary data
Forecasting
- Prepare & track monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts for the businesses
- Coordinate with Supply Chain for Demand Planning
Business Planning & Strategic Planning
- Help prepare annual business plans for BUs and Sales team & track progress regularly
- Prepare & track the Strategic Plan / incentive plans as per requirements
Market Intelligence
- Conduct secondary level checks on industry level trends and developments
- Prepare regular reports on Business level developments with insights on impact
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline. MBA will be given preference
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in working with excel and other analytical software to develop & maintain various analyses & reporting tools.
