We are looking for Young MBA from Tier 1 and Tier 2 MBA College or Graduate from fresher to about 3 years of experience- who are looking for a quick growth in their career.
This is a technolgy based start up from Bangalore - currently in expansion mode with business reaching out to Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Kolkata.
Required Young, Go Getter, comfortable working over weekend who can take that extra mile to close the deal . So if you think you are a start up enthusiast - this is the place for you.
Preferable people who are doing field sales and are currently based out of bangalore. It will be better if they are from Tier-2 kind of B-schools as well ( Narsee Monjee, Welingkar, Xavier's, SIBM, SIMS, Alliance, Christ etc), MBA though is not a compulsory requirement
Job Description : Business Development Manager
Desired Profile:
- 1-5 years of experience in Sales ( IT, SAAS, Banking, Real Estate), Startup Sales experience is also prefered in any industry.
- MBA from a reputed business school will be a advantage,
- Candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills.
- a go-getter and should have ability to work independently, able to built network and generate business.
- Personable, communicative and someone who can build a rapport with all levels of an organization
- Humble, not tied to hierarchy and is comfortable in an unstructured environment
- Creative, passionate about being a part of early stage company and eager to grow with the company
- Would not think of the role as another job
Roles & Responsibilities
- Building Sales Funnel - (Generating Leads) - The BDM should get the right contacts of residential complex either from Scouting - Visiting Apartment complex and meeting the Facility Managers /Residents, Procuring Databases- Online & Offline, Builders, Brokers etc
- Fix meetings -
- Product Demo -
- KYC Follow up and Relationship Building -
- Close the deal - Contract signing & Payment Confirmation -
- Email introduction prior to the start of deployment -
- Follow up with accounts manager -
- Solicit References.
- Keep CRM database up to date - the CRM data should be up to date such that one can pull metrics on different stages of lead - conversion any time.
- Keep Contract database up to date - ensure that specifics & economics of the deal is up to date in the Contract and Invoice database/system
