Manager- Branding (Talent Acquisition)
Responsibilities :
Service Level/Domain Expertise :
- To provide support in delivery of digital, media and social marketing strategies for our Student Recruitment and Experienced Hire recruitment attraction activities, and to work with your manager/team to plan and deliver them.
- Driving digital marketing campaigns across media to deliver optimised and results-driven recruitment media campaigns.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end campaign impact across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and look for trends to improve.
- Innovate to identify new digital channels (that make sense) and drive digital initiatives in line with the recruitment strategy.
- To support in all digital, media and social marketing campaign reporting and analysis as well as website reporting and analysis.
- Social listening and providing excellent candidate experience across social media channels. Being prompt and in line with the social media policy in all responses.
- Build impactful relationships with internal colleagues, stakeholders and external agency suppliers, with the support of colleagues.
- Build and engage a network of organization brand ambassadors to help amplify Organization's brand and recruitment opportunities across social channels.
- Provide best practice guidance, marketing plans and content, technical support for the delivery of virtual recruitment events in line with the recruitment strategy.
Knowledge/Experience :
- At least 10 to 13 years of hands on experience of managing digital media (SEM/SEO/PPC/Social/Display/Youtube/Programmatic)
- Demonstrable experience either in employer branding/ recruitment marketing and/or Internal employee communications would be an added advantage
- Experience in digital/social media marketing techniques E.g. Social brand image management on key platforms (Linkedin/ glassdoor etc)
- Experience of writing copy for social, media, the web.
- An understanding of HTML in relation to email marketing an advantage.
- Experience building website membership or driving traffic to a site.
- Experience of using Photoshop an advantage.
- Knowledge of reporting and analyzing marketing data and some experience of tracking would be an advantage.

- Effective computer skills (including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Word), and basic Photoshop skills an advantage.
- Proactive approach and self-motivated to work independently, while also able to work well in a close-knit team.
- Ability to work well under pressure, multitask and work efficiently against deadlines.
- Enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic and international atmosphere.
Qualifications : A bachelor's or master's degree along with a degree in digital marketing or equivalent hands on experience in driving digital marketing campaigns
