Branding and Partnerships Manager:
As a Branding and Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand-level partnerships to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market. Additionally, you will identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand the company's reach. This role requires a blend of creative thinking, strategic planning, and strong communication skills to effectively position the brand and establish mutually beneficial partnerships.
Job Role:
- Reach out to brands/companies to form strategic partnerships for building brand awareness and acquiring new customers.
- Partner with brands that serve the same target audience as ours to gain maximum visibility.
- Identify paid and barter branding opportunities which are mutually beneficial.
- Spearhead additional revenue streams like pop-up stores, events at our coworking centres.
- Collaborate with brands to enhance customer experience for current AltF members.
- Create and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.
- Track partnership performance and ROI, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in branding, marketing, or partnership management roles.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful branding strategies that drive brand awareness and affinity.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing strategic partnerships to achieve business objectives.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and industry trends.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
