"Job Summary:
We are seeking a Manager - Branding to strengthen our brand presence and drive impactful marketing initiatives in the building materials industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in brand management, digital and offline marketing, and market positioning. The ideal candidate will lead branding efforts to enhance visibility, customer engagement, and brand equity across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop and implement branding strategies to establish a strong market presence.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials, campaigns, and communication.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning.
Marketing & Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute ATL & BTL marketing campaigns (advertising, events, sponsorships, trade shows, and exhibitions).
- Manage digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Work with creative agencies and in-house teams to develop compelling brand collaterals.
Public Relations & Corporate Communication:
- Strengthen brand reputation through PR activities, media interactions, and press releases.
- Collaborate with industry influencers, architects, and key stakeholders to enhance brand credibility.
- Develop impactful CSR and sustainability initiatives to position the brand as an industry leader.
Customer Engagement & Loyalty Programs:
- Implement customer loyalty programs to strengthen brand recall and advocacy.
- Enhance customer experience through brand storytelling and innovative engagement strategies.
- Monitor customer feedback and brand sentiment to refine branding initiatives.
Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in branding and marketing within the building materials, construction, or related industry.
- Strong expertise in brand strategy, digital marketing, and market positioning.
- Experience in managing advertising, PR, and BTL activations.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and content creation.
- MBA in Marketing / Branding / Communications preferred.
