Roles and Responsibilities:
- Position: Build the company's positioning internally and externally through regular interventions and change management marketing.
- Communicate: Identify areas of interest for company and its employees and build insights around them that are then communicated through various channels- digital, intranet and social media, events etc. For this purpose, work with various stakeholders within and outside the company.
- Engage: Build a community of brand ambassadors that can contribute as change agents for the company. Work with these ambassadors to create engaging content for New Media vehicles like Twitter, facebook, instagram, Blogs, Linkedin, You Tube etc.
- Ideate: Identify and create branding opportunities for the company and its leadership.
- Maintenance: Create the development, distribution, and maintenance of all print and electronic collateral including, but not limited to, newsletters, blogs, and key updates across organization for various channel repurpose.
- Accountability: Track and measure the brand growth and progress through various channels. Coordinate and ensure that new and consistent information (article links, stories, and events) is posted regularly on relevant intranet and social spaces of employee interest.
- Planning and forecasting: Build and sustain an annual calendar that supports the organizational goals.
- Research & Insights: Look at survey results and feedback to define areas of improvement for the organization and create remedial measures. Create, administer, and analyze research questionnaires and co-create campaigns to tackle these areas.

- Strong communication and persuasive skills to create changes agents internally and externally within the company
Outstanding communication skills:
- Polished verbal and written communication style and the ability to confidently build a strong rapport with project teams and the internal teams.
- Good networking skills to work across different multi-cultural teams towards a focused goal. Comfortable in interacting with and presenting to executives and senior business leaders.
Personal Drive:
- Entrepreneurial drive with a can-do attitude, a strong desire to learn and shape one's own career path with a commitment to making a positive lasting impact.
Self-guided Attitude:
- The ability to succeed in a professional environment where stakeholder and project direction is not always well defined. Qualified candidates will understand how to produce results when working in challenging environments and/or new business areas.
Outstanding project management and operational skills:
- Ability to create end to end work scope for the annual calendar, budget mapping, brief agencies, manage the project across a wide gamut of stakeholders, work under tight timelines and ability to multi task and manage variety of campaigns across to the finish line.
Qualification parameters:
- Bachelor's Degree essential from a reputed College. Master's in Business, Marketing /Communication is a must.
Years of Experience: Min 7-9 years in the IT/ITES/Technology Industry or similar service.
referred Experience Backgrounds:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working in a brand & communication function in a national, multi-unit, multi-dimensional service organization.
- An additional bonus would be experience, ideally in advertising/marcomm role within a complex (number and variety of constituents) and covering areas such as campaigns, brand initiatives, website content and integrated communications. Background in agency is preferred.
- The ability to drive projects and operationally, disseminate communications strategies across media.
