Experience in conceptualising and setting up store formats with technology intervention.

1. Developing overall retail marketing strategy

2. Expansion of branded network to maximise presence across country.

3. Improve store quality and customer experience

4. Business development for branded stores - sales growth planning.

5. Conceptualising and setting up experience centres.

6. Improve adoption of DMS and Distributor evaluation (digital) process by Sales team.

7. Develop retail store architecture and branding plan across various store types.

8. Work with retail teams to develop retail strategy aligned to growth ambition.

9. Integrate digital technologies into the store interface

10. Develop network expansion plan for retail.

11. Plan business development activities to drive sales growth in stores

12. Audit and action plan to improve store health

13. Training intervention for store manpower to improve sales capability
