Brand & Strategy Manager
Job Description:
We are a B2B company that helps D2C brands reach their target audience in the offline market. The company acts as an intermediary between D2C brands and offline retailers, providing custom solutions to meet the needs of both parties. We collaborate with Pharma, FMCG, Cosmetics, Sexual Wellbeing Products brands to improve their visibility in the offline market and connect them to retailers. It also helps brands to launch new products and services in the retail space and to effectively manage their inventory. Our services are designed to help brands maximize their sales and visibility in the retail space. With its comprehensive suite of services, we provide brands with the tools and resources to take their business to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- To assist management in general administrative tasks and also generate report relating to brand activities, market as required.
- Researching and analysing consumer behaviour, market trends and competitor activity.
- Developing and implementing strategies that resonate with the target market.
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions.
- Design a research-based brand strategy.
- Align the company around the brand's direction, choices and tactics.
- Focus networks within the management teams, peers, and external partners.
- Maintain close working relationship with other functions, in particular, Finance and sales team.
- Regular contact and closely coordinate with brands and other external suppliers as required.
- Maintain and update all digital and hard copy client contract files.
- Creates and maintains the brands' databases for the company.
- Schedules and produces periodic reports regarding MIS performance.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years' business administration and contract management experience required.
- Ability to maintain workflow in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work with all levels of internal management and utilize internal resources.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
- Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
