THE ROLE BRIEF:

- Job Role: Brand Marketing Manager

- Job Location: Gurgaon.

Direct Reportees: 02 Manager - Social Media Manager & PR Manager

- Reports to: Head Marketing

- PG Degree in Marketing

- Preferred Industries - Apparel, Fashion brands only

- Job Role and Scope: As the Brand manager, the incumbent will be responsible in formulating & implementing a comprehensive brand strategy for the said portfolio to achieve the defined brand objectives. The candidate should have the required experience in all the functions of marketing: Product Management / Social Media/ Performance marketing / Digital

Key Responsibility Areas:

- Develop integrated marketing proposals cross a variety of selling categories

- Project manages sold programs across media platforms

- Direct packaging and trim development, including establishing the calendar and regional needs, overseeing development of new packaging concepts and new branding concepts

- Work with Channel Management to support digital efforts, including content, commerce, social media, and PR

- Work closely with Public Relations and Visual Merchandising teams

- Accountable for tracking budget of key category initiatives working with team to provide clear measurement/KPI tracking

- Broadly managing the quality of our catalogue and the resulting customer experience

- Operating as an effective point of contact for Merchandising Managers, Vendor Managers, In Stock Managers, Legal, and PR

- Present findings regularly with senior leadership, internal stakeholders and marketing team colleagues to influence future strategy development and drive action

- Define, build and manage reporting on our key customer metrics and long term customer value

- At least 6+ years of progressive responsibility, including substantial experience in online marketing, media &PR management product management and/or brand management

- Ability to manage or partner closely with both technical and non-technical teams

- Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
