Role : Manager - Brand Marketing - Media
Location : Mumbai
Purpose of the Role :
The role holder will be responsible for developing, evaluating and executing the brand and marketing campaigns. The role holder will ensure deployment of the right marketing mix, advertising plan, product positioning and promotion plans in the market place.
Key Accountabilities :
- Brand Communication Development : Development of the Marketing material required for business.
- Building the Brand Experience : Ensure the delivery of the brand promise translates into a customer experience. Develop engagement campaigns for segmented target groups
- Partner and Media Management : To ensure smooth partnership between media, outdoor, creative agency and research agency partners with all support and inputs from the business and timely and quality execution.
- Brand Surround and Experience: Taking the brand home through exciting marketing opportunities and ideas. Build the brand activation platform that creates brand presence and an opportunity for acquisition.
- Brand activation with segmented target audience : Create brand presence and engagement.
- Competition and Market Tracking : To collect competitive data and provide marketing with a monthly update.
- Cross functional engagement & brand ownership : Working closely with the Product, Internet, Operations and PR teams to ensure brand guidelines are consistent and that brand values are suitably represented in all customer facing communication
Experience & Qualification -
- PG / MBA in Marketing (Preferably from a Tier 1 Institution) with min 2+yrs experience into Marketing & 2+ Yrs into Brand Management.
- Prefer candidates from FMCG / Media Industry with experience in ATL/BTC/TVCs a must
