Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies to build and maintain a positive brand image.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform brand positioning and messaging.
- Develop and execute brand management strategies to enhance market presence and positioning.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and advertising.
- Plan and manage corporate and promotional events to engage target audiences.
- Oversee social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement across all relevant platforms.
- Communication: Craft compelling communication strategies and messages for internal and external audiences.
- Manage public relations efforts, including press releases and media relations.
- Social Media: Develop and manage social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment with business objectives.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze marketing and communication performance metrics.
- Prepare reports and presentations to share insights and recommendations with stakeholders.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and suggestions for improvement.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor products, and customer preferences to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing and communication budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and achieving a high return on investment.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in brand management, event planning & social media marketing in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in managing budgets and delivering results within defined timelines.
- Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Suite, Canva), marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools) and social media management tools and platforms
