The successful candidate will be responsible for the E2E Business Growth, P&L management and Marketing for the Business Group in India, including managing the E2E value chain, development of the Marketing strategy for its Categories, and executing structured marketing capability building initiatives for the team in scope.
Responsible for the brand experience across all touchpoints, by development and localization (Market) of the winning campaigns for the product portfolio. The incumbent will also be responsible for achieving short and long term value creation and business growth for the business in India and drive new categories/business initiatives.
Besides, he/she will create and implement marketing strategies to increase the sales, growth and profitability of business. Meet the topline and bottom line targets for the business; build long term competitive strength.
