Experience : 5 years +
Education : MBA specializing in Marketing & Communications (Preferably from a top B School) or Post Graduate in English or Humanities
Required Skill Set :
- Knowledge on Brand Management, Brand Health Monitoring, PR activities, Ground Activation, Events & Promotions & Implementation (ATL & BTL), Budget Planning and Tracking
- Analytical bent of mind and data driven for ROI calculations. Ability to measure and track all initiatives
- Practical execution and creation of "stuff" required to support Marketing strategy
- Plan the Marketing communications calendar (ATL+BTL) in tune with company's objectives
- Responsible for strategic inputs into brand/creative development and executing communications strategy
- Develop & communicate marketing briefs and liaise with Advertising PR and Event management for communication designs and brand executions
