Brand & Marketing Manager - Consumer Durables


- Our MNC Client is Hiring Brand & Marketing Manager for Mumbai Location

The incumbent will be responsible for:

Brand Repositioning:

- To work closely with the reporting manager on execution of the Brand Repositioning.

- To ensure guardrails for the master brand, parent and child brands on the brand architecture.

- To ensure regular review and enhancement of brand health.

- To leverage stories to promote the company brand across B2C businesses across social media, paid media and earned media.

- To create an aligned and focused narrative across mediums in digital and print.

- To leverage company External Corporate Campaigns to build out the company narrative of a socially responsible brand, and to properly integrate and align social media content, Good & Green initiatives, and products, and to build out the company Employer Brand narrative in a better more user centric way.

- To work on company Digital Marketing assets including company social media platforms, corporate films, website collateral, intranet, Linked-in portal to ensure they align with the overall brand narrative.

- Corporate Brand & Marketing Communication across company (B2C).

- Build out the company brand narrative as a purpose driven organisation and ensure that there is a consistent company corporate narrative across businesses and the organisation.

- Use a data driven approach based on consumer research to determine their efficacy and impact and to make course corrections where necessary.

- Select, ideate and partner with agencies on the execution of the brand repositioning.

- Provide the brand guidelines and guardrails for the master brand and its use by, parent and child brands (domestic and overseas) and to ensure that all BU campaigns both online and offline do not dilute or detract from the overallcompany brand strengths and corporate narrative.

- To review and give feedback on all key B2C BU campaigns (online and offline) and communication of overseas offices and companies.

- The incumbent will be responsible for, to provide key inputs and work reporting manager to monitor and guide the corporate media agency (offline & online) for company.

- To standardize briefs for creative agencies, mainline creative and criteria for appointment of creative agencies both offline and online to raise the quality of collaterals and to negotiate better vendor rates.

- To create standard guidelines for execution agencies across businesses for BTL, Events, Printing, Photographers etc and to leverage economies of scale where applicable.

- To conduct regular audit of rates and collateral output across company businesses for better quality control on output and for the optimization of costs.

- Social Media Platforms for company Corporate.

- To work with reporting manager to drive thought leadership for the company brand on digital and to successfully launch and build the brand on digital.

Drive Social Media Strategy & Execution:


- Devise content strategy and seed content through, targeted publications, social media etc and guide the creative content team to ensure we are capturing photographs and videos in the right manner and to ensure that content is being refreshed on all assets in a consistent and timely manner.

- To enhance the impact and performance of digital channels based on the metrics defined.
