Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Development:

- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor analysis, and target audience insights.

- Develop and implement data-driven brand strategies that align with overall business objectives.

- Manage brand identity, including brand messaging, positioning, and visual guidelines.

Brand Campaign Management:

- Oversee the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and achieve marketing goals.

Collaborate with creative teams (e.g , designers, copywriters) to develop compelling brand assets.

- Track and analyze brand campaign performance and make adjustments for continuous improvement.

Brand Consistency & Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal departments (e.g, marketing, sales, HR) to ensure brand consistency across all channels (online, offline, communications).

- Develop and maintain brand style guides and brand assets for internal and external use.

- Foster strong relationships with external partners and vendors to maintain brand consistency in all collaborations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor/masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in brand marketing or a relevant marketing role.

- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand marketing strategies.

- Strong understanding of market research principles and consumer behavior.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and inspire others.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in project management and ability to meet deadlines effectively.

- Familiarity with design software and digital marketing tools (a plus)
