Position objective :
- To contribute to build Brand and Marketing strategy, planning, and execution of marketing plans to deliver business objectives
Job Responsibilities :
- To help and contribute to developing a Brand Marketing Strategy to define the future direction for the Master Brand.
- To help develop the Brand Architecture and Portfolio strategy for Store and Boutique Brands housed
- Designing, aligning, and planning marketing campaigns based on business objectives
- Overall ATL Campaign Planning (Planning, Budgeting, Calendar Finalization and Innovations)
- To analyze market, competition, and consumer behavior to deliver insights and inputs into communication planning and development
- To drive Brand awareness consideration imagery and Equity scores
- To provide marketing support to Category, Digital Marketing, Editorial, and CRM teams as appropriate
- To design and implement ATL Campaigns in close co-ordination with Creative, Media & Online Agencies
Desired Candidate :
An MBA in marketing from a Tier 1 or 2 institute, with 5-7 years of work experience in the areas of brand positioning and concept development, campaign management, marketing planning including growth plans, brand guidelines and communication preferably from Ecommerce background.
