Key Responsibilities :

Business Strategy :

- Collaborating with the Associate Marketing Director with regard to drawing up, implementing and continuously improving the communication strategy for the local market as per approved business plan and ensuring that the financial and qualitative targets are achieved. Description

Leadership :

- Leading, motivating, training, inspiring and encouraging the subordinated employees in line with the company's values and management principles. Developing and implementing an efficient team structure which follows the business strategy. Defining and documenting clear roles & responsibilities and implementing required processes to increase flawless and efficient execution of tasks in collaboration with all internal and external interfaces.

Brand Management :

- Developing, implementing and continuously improving the communication strategy (Digital, ATL, BTL, PR) for the local market based on an in-depth consumer understanding and in line with the Group brand strategy and related guidelines.

- Supervising external partners (e.g., advertising, digital agencies) to maintain consistency in branding and desired state of brand positioning.

- Continuous success tracking and reporting of marketing campaigns and marketing activity effectiveness; implementation of required optimizations in close collaboration with Sales.

- Continuous category tracking to study competition communication and promotion activities and recommend counter measures to Head-Marketing where necessary.

- Conceptualize and design campaign creatives through POSM materials.

Lead Generation:

- Consistently generate required number of leads, continuously monitor of lead quality and diligently explore new avenues through new partners to accurately target and generate qualified leads.

- Constant cost monitoring and cost optimization to identify the most efficient lead sources with a high sales conversion chance.

Expansion Management

- Effectively driving e-commerce presence by ensuring brand consistency and by aligning all relevant stakeholders (internal and external) to adhere to business goal.

Market & Consumer Research

- Conduct customer feedback studies to understand the product & service performance for continuous improvement.

- Organize quantitative/ qualitative market research to facilitate taking any strategic marketing decisions.

- Study and analyze syndicate reports (GFK Report) to understand the Market share and brand share movement and work on corrective measures in collaboration with the Management team.

Marketing Budget Management :

- Consistently monitor media spends and drive optimization to ensure high ROI across all media avenues.

- Provision of regular reporting and implications to Associate Marketing Director.

Compliance :

- Esurance and encouragement of ethical conduct in line with local laws and regulations.

Experiences :

- Minimum 8 to 10 years of Comprehensive Marketing experience with know-how in effectively tapping consumer trends and media execution. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, equipped with a wide-ranging background in brand management and a demonstrated strength in digital marketing, communication, team leadership and project management (E-Commerce).

- Significant managerial experience in leading interdisciplinary teams (direct & indirect)

- Fluent in English (beneficial: German)
