Responsibilities:
- Maintain, update, revitalize and evolve corporate brand visual identity - including typography, photography direction, color palette, grids for layouts and tone of voice.
- Work with designers to evolve the visual communication of brand and product assets, including digital storytelling and the brand's print, publication and environment design for places.
- Guide design project list and prioritize inter-departmental requests
- Recruit and steer freelance creatives, such as photographers and illustrators
- Design campaign assets to support brand storytelling efforts, such as films or documentary series along-with campaigns team.
- Collaborate with corporate brand team members to embody the brand through visual design
- Steer design projects that vary in size and scale, on budget and schedule
- Be an arbiter of design taste and brand voice
- Create and develop educational employee tools to help others embody the corporate brand through visual design
