Client Details :
Our client is one of the leading brand in the FMCG space. It has a wide range of products and they are expanding at a fast pace in India and globally. They are investing in the Indian market and are looking for a Brand and Consumer Insights Manager to be a part of their flagship business in order to drive the business deeper in India.
Description :
Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for :
- Insights development from primary and secondary research (qualitative)
- Working with the agencies to understand the consumer behavior and mindset
- Creating the communication content by working closely with cross functional teams
- Engaging with the consumers on ground to know the insights and their preferences on the product portfolio
- Rolling out activation and evaluating the success of the campaigns
Profile :
A successful candidate should be from a Tier 1 B school and ideally coming with around 6-8 years of experience having worked in the FMCG space. An ideal candidate is someone who comes with a consumer insights experience having worked in Market research agencies in the past. A candidate who has handled brand activations and led campaigns at the ground level will be preferred. The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
