- Develop and share knowledge with clients and subordinates as a process

- Mentoring Juniors.
- Creative appreciation- superior briefing ability and creative appreciation.
- Ensure delivery on operations.
Educational Qualification required : Graduate / Post Graduate in Mass Communication / Advertising/Event Management
Professional Qualification required : Should necessarily be from Advertising Promotions industry.
