Manager - Brand Communication - Real Estate

Qualification - Bachelor's/Master's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- Total experience - 3-4 years' experience required.

- Preferred real estate sector

- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement & experience.

- Conceptualize, Curate, Manage and execute marketing campaigns across traditional media (offline channels) and other channels.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.

- Develop marketing collaterals, sales materials, presentations, and advertising materials.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales enablement tools and support their efforts to achieve revenue targets.

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, track ROl, and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support marketing activities and ensure quality deliverables.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.

- Develop and manage the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to achieve strategic objectives while maintaining cost efficiency.
