Job description:
Brand and Channel Strategy Development:
- Formulate and execute comprehensive brand and channel marketing strategies in alignment with the company's overall goals.
- Develop and implement channel-specific campaigns to optimize engagement and conversion
Integrated Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners for seamless campaign execution.
Market Research and Analysis: -
Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand and channel enhancement.
- Analyse consumer behaviour and market dynamics to inform data-driven marketing decisions.
Content Creation and Management:
- Lead the development of compelling content tailored for different channels, maintaining brand consistency.
- Manage content distribution strategies to maximize reach and impact. Partnership and Sponsorship Management:
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and sponsorships to expand brand reach across diverse channels.
- Negotiate and manage relationships with external partners to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
Budget Management:
- Develop, oversee, and optimize the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation for maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance against established KPIs and adapt strategies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is an advantage.
- 8-10 years of experience in brand and channel marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and consumer insights.
- Handling and managing BTL events successfully will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
