Brand Key Metrics :
- Work towards achieving volume, net sales value, profitability and market share objectives
- Crafting and implementing annual brand plans to deliver on brand key metrics
- Design effective marketing programs (both ATL and BTL) in order to achieve brand objectives and within budgeted spends
- Conceptualizing and implementing consumer offers, trade offers etc. in line with brand objectives and evaluating the ROI of the same Network Management
- Interacting with advertising, media and PR agency on all planning and communication requirements
- Identify research needs, provide necessary brief to MR agency and implement actions based on insights/findings
- Working closely with Trade Marketing teams towards deployment of BTL initiatives
- Working with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams on a variety of initiatives to achieve brand objectives
Innovation :
- Identification of consumer need spaces and/or opportunities for greater participation in industry profit pool
- Spearheading product and tactical innovations on the brand and related alcobev categories
- Responsible for unique brand alliances, tie - ups, joint promos etc.
- Identification and implementation of brand/line extension opportunities
