Age and Experience:
- 7 - 9 years of experience in marketing operations Season launch at stores, Mall branding and outdoor, New store launch & post-launch sustenance, Local alliances and partnerships
- Previous work experience into Fashion/ apparel ecommerce will be an advantage
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing Regional Brand Activation plans
- Work closely with Regional Sales Teams to contribute into the regional marketing mix
- Drive regional events and festivals with Digital & Content teams to ensure regional nuances are met
- Drive LFR & MBO format marketing calendar (self responsibility) & guide team to drive EBO & FOFO regional execution
- Drive New Store launch and Sustenance
- Work closely with BD, Project teams to track New store plans and prepare plans in advance
- Propose and align plans specific to city / state
- Execute and measure success. Handhold new store for 12 weeks till with sustenance plans
- Partner and Agency management
- Identify suitable partners to drive regional activation & New stores across various regions
- Consolidate & leverage economies of scale along with VM wherever possible
- Optimize cost and ensure market benchmark is done from time to time
- Brand Partnerships, Alliance & Brand properties
- Identify and develop partnerships at state / national level to drive new footfalls with suitable and non-competing relevant Brands
- Work with Regional Banks, Apps, wallets to drive schemes for existing and new customers
- Drive Barter alliances at regional level
- Conceptualize and launch Brand Activation properties for youth (colleges), families (societies) & relevant forums (clubs) etc
- Reporting, Analysis & Budget management
- Report status of execution on time and share updates with key stakeholders on regular basis
- Align with Regional teams before the beginning of every month on plans
- Analyze store performance and suggest actions to drive results
- Spend as per approved budgets and track POs to ensure compliance, timelines
- Establish checks & balances through the process to ensure timelines are met and identify potential issues well on time to take measures accordingly
- Customer Interaction
- Facilitate interaction with key customers across formats in case of any queries and recommendations
- Develop annual plans and budgets for the brand. Keep track of all expenditures vis- vis budgets
