The candidate would be responsible for Branch Operations, Customer Service and Branch administration based out of Pune and Chennai Branch location.
The job will specifically involve the management of enrolment forms & premium monies received in the branch from sales team and also overall branch administrations. The job holder would need to ensure that the enrolment forms are converted into policies through effective coordination with resources of National Operating Centre.
Key functions will include managing enrolment forms, premium monies, walk-in customer query/complaint handling, issues resolution, Branch administrative activities . Would be responsible and accountable for achievement of pre-determined key performance indicators .
The person would be independent at Branch to act as compliance custodian
To ensure that all the Customer Service, and overall service delivery model, is compliant and adheres with the regulations, maintaining all necessary knowledge management tools and skills sets
Act as Grievance Officer and to receive all customer grievances and forward the same to Chief Grievance Redressal Officer
In case of inspection by any statutory authority of the Branch, assist in the inspection by providing all data, documents as may be required and keep the legal team informed and involved
In case of any kind of crisis get in touch with appropriate central team and act as first line of defense
Requirements:
The candidate should have at least 7-8 years of relevant experience in Operations, Customer Service and Branch Administration, Finance/Operations preferably in insurance / banking sector
