In this pivotal role, you will lead and manage all aspects of our branch operations, with a primary focus on home loan processing, customer service, and achieving business objectives.

You will be responsible for fostering a collaborative team environment, ensuring regulatory adherence, and driving sales to expand our home loan customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead a team of branch personnel, providing coaching, mentoring, and support to ensure effective performance and professional development.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and high morale.

- Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to optimize team productivity.

Operations Management:


- Oversee all daily branch operations, with a specific focus on home loan processing, underwriting, and loan servicing.

- Implement strategies to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and ensure accuracy in all loan processes.

- Manage risk mitigation strategies and ensure adherence to all banking regulations and internal policies for home loan transactions.

Customer Service Excellence:

- Champion exceptional customer service for home loan clients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the mortgage lending process.

- Proactively identify and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.

- Implement initiatives to continuously improve customer satisfaction levels.

Sales & Business Development:

- Drive home loan sales within the branch, meeting and exceeding branch targets.

- Develop and implement strategies to expand the branch's home loan customer base.

- Build strong relationships with real estate agents and other referral partners to generate new leads.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Prepare and analyze performance reports, including home loan metrics and customer satisfaction data.

- Identify trends, analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend operational improvements.

- Present reports and updates to management, providing insights and data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in mortgage lending or a related field, with a proven track record of success in branch management.

- In-depth understanding of home loan products, regulations, and underwriting processes.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing exceptional service.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and loan processing software (a plus).

- Strong analytical and reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
