Manager - BFSI Analytics

Roles & Responsibilities :

You would be responsible to understand transaction data and develop Analytics insights using Statistical models using SAS and/or - R

You will be responsible for Exploratory analysis and model building to develop predictive insights ( e.g.: multi-level Forecasting, time-series models, Optimization, default scorecards, predictive failure models, Generalized linear models, logistics/linear Regression etc)

You will be required to communicate the understanding to the business.

You will be mentoring junior resources on statistics and modeling.

Skills Required

Ground up Data understanding, Hypothesis formulation, data preparation and model building experience needed

Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.

Expert modeling knowledge of developing Statistical models using SAS and/or R

Preferred - Experience in working in Machine learning/Pattern recognition areas
