Responsibilities
- Supports the design of a comprehensive and holistic enterprise Benefits and Wellness program, strategy and roadmap and assist in socializing and obtaining buy-in from local and enterprise level stakeholders.
- Coordinates and oversees delivery of the Benefits and Wellness program, to improve employee health and well-being, to reduce high risk behaviors and reduce health risk factors such as smoking, poor illness-management, poor nutrition and infrequent exercise.
- Supports the Benefits benchmarking and gathering market intelligence on corporate Benefits, Perks and Wellness and supports programs to ensure creating a best in class program that is competitive, resource efficient and contributes to the employment value proposition.
- Establishes an effective communication channel to collect employee requirements, expectations and feedback, including the supporting the facilitation of regular associate focus groups on Benefits, Wellness,
- Provides effective oversight for the onsite-clinic ensuring effective vendor management and expansion of services to cater to the growing headcount and needs of our associates while working effectively with the local HR teams and Enterprise risk and compliance.
- Oversees vendor management and ensures programmatic delivery of all Benefits and Wellness programs
- Responsible for conceiving, owning a wellness calendar and execution of calendared activities for all locations. Owns and supports programs and initiatives such as tobacco cessation, disabled friendly workplace etc.
- Owns and supports Benefits and Wellness policy and administration, regulatory compliance of all programs and audit support of the function including oversight of record keeping.
Candidate Description
- Any graduate or post graduate with 10-15 years of experience in running benefits/wellness initiatives
