Manager - Benefits - Health & Welfare

We are currently retained by leading US MNC to recruit Manager Benefits - Health and Welfare

Job Synopsis :

- Manage related health and wellness programs

- Group Insurance administration

- Oversee administrative systems, processes, and procedures

- Provide ongoing analytical and technical support to vendors, vendors service centers and internal business partners

- Provide guidance and guidelines to outsourced service centers; monitor all interfaces

- Ensure HRIS and other technology tools are used effectively and contain accurate, appropriate data.

- Monitor processes and identify any gaps or deficiencies; modify existing or implement new processes, procedures, and systems to ensure benefit plans meet the needs of the organization

Desired Profile

- Experience using outsourced benefits administration systems; experience using Benefit focus platform highly desired

- 7+ years relevant experience
