Job Purpose: Implementing the Total Rewards strategy by designing/restructuring of employee related policies & processes and manage policy automation projects.
Responsibilities :
- End to End planning and execution of benefits.
- Make recommendations for enhancement and/or changes to employee benefit package
- Manage expectations for Hiring managers, and the moving employees on the move activities.
- Advises on available mobility options including individual package design
- Drive Inspired diverse culture with engaged workforce.
