We are currently looking for Sr.Managers - Business Development for one of the top HOSPITALITY SERVICES COMPANY in India. The position is to be based at their Regional HQs- Mumbai/ Bangalore/ Gurgaon.
Candidate Profile :
- Post Graduate/ MBA in Finance/Marketing from a reputed institute
- 2-4 years plus in consulting, solution sales, B2B sales, customer expansion and key account management with corporates.
- Strategic thinking and ability to build strong partnerships
- Ability to collaborate with strong people management skills
- Manage ambiguity
- Excellent analytical abilities
Job Profile:
- To offer solution sales to large corporate to outsource hospitality operations, facility management and industrial catering on a customized model
- To map customer needs and offer customized solutions in all business verticals of the company
- Relationship management of large key accounts
- To develop the models specifically for each client and retain P/L profitability
