- Domain Knowledge - The candidate should have extensive experience in Wealth OR Consulting industry. Domain experience in Wealth & Asset Management.

- Strong knowledge of wealth management products and of the wealth management market in India.

- Experience of digital projects in the Wealth management space

- Experience working with global banks

Skills:

- Strong problem solving skills, experience in design thinking and solution development

- Expertise in areas such as - Go to Market Strategy/ entity setup/ business planning/ hands-on experience in performance improvement of internal operations/digital project execution/Operating model design

- Large scale digital transformation experience (process digitization/ improvement, operations transformation, implementation of digital initiatives, etc.)

- Knowledge of high level business solution design covering customer journey design, process improvement/ design (for example, use cases)

- Excellent oral and written communication skills

- Good leadership qualities

- Client relationship management and account management skills. Experience in handling mid to large-size accounts

- Program management, multi-tasking, and time management skills

- Good experience in business development

- Excellent people management skills

- Sharp focus on quality delivery

- Ability to develop/customize solutions relevant to client
