Position: Manager Balance sheet Substantiation

Location: Mumbai Goregaon

Experience: 8-11yrs

CTC: 14-15LPA

Shift Time: 1pm to 10pm (dropping facility is available)

Job Description:

Help establish the project plan for system roll out for the region, linking the milestones with the requirements of BS Substantiation function.

Work closely with Global Project team on the completion of milestones in the plan.

Conduct awareness sessions within the team around Full Suite Implementation, address their queries and take feedback to the Global Project team for changes in the project plan, if any.

Responsible for the follow up with Global team and end-users and resolution of open items/ issues.

Communicating with Legal Entity Managers across multiple locations on the status of the project implementation.

Timely & proactively escalating any issues to the Global team.

Proactive Stake Holder Management eg. Country, BSCG, GPL & GPO

Provides high quality updates and problem resolution over emails

Participates in cross functional initiatives at a Center Level

Takes charge of own training needs and develops training plan. Proactively discusses IDP's with span of control leader and acts on the feedback

Interacts effectively in team meetings, providing constructive and relevant inputs

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years experience in an accounting environment along with systems implementation. e.g. SAP, People soft, Full Suite.

Certifications: Post-Graduate/ MBA/ CFA /CA with 8-10 years of experience, with exposure to systems implementation
