Manager - Back Office Operations - NBFC

Looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Backoffice Operations Lead role for the NBFC Client based in Mumbai.

Requirements :

1. Must know how to use backoffice softwares like COMTEK and CDSL.

2. Must have knowledge about stock exchange files at beginning of day (BOD) and end of day (EOD).

3. Must know how to perform basic back office and other office admin related work like exchange communication to resolve day to day queries and other clerical work.

4. Minimum of 5 -7 years of experience in stock broking back office knowing most tasks would be ideal.

What you will do :

1. Upload of day to day trade files at EOD onto the back office software like COMTEK to generate bill.

2. Uploading PNL statement generated from back office software to file destination path.

3. Day to day usage of COMTEK and resolve queries with software vendor if any.

4. Usage of CDSL software for DP related work like shares transfer for pay in - pay out.

5. Resolving day to day back office queries with exchange, software vendors etc.
